When a pipe lets go or a drain backs up, you don't need a sales pitch, you need a licensed technician at your door with the right parts on the truck. That's what we run in Cornelius every single day.
We built Street Wise - Plumbing around a simple idea: the plumber who shows up should be the same caliber of professional whether it's a leaking faucet or a full sewer line replacement. Every technician working under our name in Cornelius, NC is licensed, insured, and trained on the specific fixture ages and pipe materials common to homes here.
Experience matters here — a technician who's replaced a hundred water heaters spots the corroded shutoff valve or undersized gas line before it becomes a callback. That's the level of eye we send to every Cornelius job.
We keep a small, accountable roster rather than a rotating pool of subcontractors — the technician you talk to on the phone is trained to the same standard as the one who'll actually be standing in your Cornelius kitchen.
A surprising number of the emergency calls we take in Cornelius started as something small three or four days earlier. Here's what tends to escalate fast.
When water's actively coming out somewhere it shouldn't, minutes matter more than money. Our on-call technicians in Cornelius are dispatched with the parts and equipment to handle burst pipes, failed water heaters, and overflowing fixtures on the first trip.
Faucet replacements, garbage disposal swaps, toilet installs, and whole-house re-pipes — our residential division works on the full range of what a Cornelius home needs, not just the easy jobs.
We work around your business hours where possible, not the other way around. Commercial clients across Cornelius, NC rely on us for scheduled maintenance, backflow prevention compliance, and rapid response when a fixture goes down mid-shift.
Slow drains, recurring clogs, and sewer backups get diagnosed with real equipment — camera inspection and hydro-jetting — not guesswork. We'll show you exactly what's happening in the line before recommending a repair.
We repair and install both traditional tank and tankless water heaters, and we'll walk you through sizing so you're not overpaying for capacity you don't need.
We use electronic leak detection to pinpoint the source before any demolition starts, so the repair stays focused instead of turning into a bigger project than it needs to be.
We replace failing shutoff valves and supply lines as part of fixture work rather than reconnecting new fixtures to old, brittle hardware that's likely to fail next.
You'll talk to an actual dispatcher in Cornelius, NC who asks a few quick questions to understand the problem and your address.
Because our trucks are staged across Cornelius, NC, dispatch can usually give you an honest, specific arrival window.
Before a wrench touches anything, you'll get a written, upfront price for the repair — no surprise line items after the fact.
The repair is completed, the work area is cleaned up, and you're handed a written warranty on both parts and labor.
We quote the job, not the hour, so a repair that takes longer than expected doesn't cost you more.
Because our trucks are already staged around Cornelius, NC, we're rarely the "next week" plumber.
Every technician we send is licensed in NC and covered by full liability insurance — ask to see credentials on arrival.
Our workmanship warranty means the fix is expected to hold — and if it doesn't, that's on us to correct, not you.
